It’s not hoarding extra space and programs if the demand is there. It’s actually stupid to offer 100% of the same things across the county beyond a certain baseline. That’s a recipe for a huge misallocation of resources. But please enlighten me as to how I’m taking away resources from black and Latino kids. Fun fact, those “resources” are largely outside of school and parent driven based on the commitment that parents make to fund and support their schools. [/quote]
