“Based on federal rules and legislation passed in 2025, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients are no longer eligible for enhanced Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies as of August 25, 2025. Refugees and asylees will also lose access to subsidized ACA coverage starting January 1, 2027”[/quote]

These are the provisions that Democrats are seeking to overturn.  CNN literally had this on screen as they were claiming that Republicans were lying about Democrats wanting to give health care to illegals.[/quote]

What the Democrats proposed SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES illegal aliens.  Republicans are lying about this nonstop even though it says right in black and white that illegal aliens are specifically excluded.
