If the parents are being deported , the child can go with them, or they can give guardianship of the child to someone in the US. Worst and least likely case scenario they just abandon the child and the child enters foster care. The child is not being deported. I think that border crossing for non citizens should be denied to visibly pregnant women. I think they can ask outright or if the border control reasonably suspects.
