Some highlights of the article for those who don't want to read it are below. The sources are from multiple former colleagues from several organizations he ran and paint a picture of someone who: had a big alcohol problem and was frequently intoxicated and out of control, fraternized inappropriately with female staff, created a hostile workplace for female employees, and [b][/b]couldn't keep it in his pants when on the road and away from his family. He was forced to step down from the two nonprofits he ran--what makes anyone think he's going to be a better manager of the entire DoD with its multi-billion dollar budget and over 3 million employees (active military and civilian)?

*Hegseth took the C.V.A. team to the strip club, where “he was so drunk he tried to get on the stage and dance with the strippers.”

*under Hegseth’s leadership, the organization became a hostile workplace that ignored serious accusations of impropriety, including an allegation made by a female employee that another employee on Hegseth’s staff had attempted to sexually assault her at the Louisiana strip club.

*Hegseth was at a bar in the early-morning hours of May 29, 2015, while on an official tour through Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, drunkenly chanting “Kill All Muslims! Kill All Muslims!”

*Hegseth had “a history of alcohol abuse” and had “treated the organization funds like they were a personal expense account—for partying, drinking, and using CVA events as little more than opportunities to ‘hook up’ with women on the road.”
