Exactly. She has nothing to bargain with now. She also lied, and didn't cooperate in the beginning.  Also charged with tampering of evidence. [/quote]

She's not going to confess anything. All the prosecution has is blood and no body. They also know she didn't kill Jennifer. So she walks.[/quote]
