I would totally allow it if the other parents are ok with it. Would make sure my son knows how to use condoms, bonus points if the other parents are open to the pill for their daughter (would still have my son use condoms).
It is much better if the kids release their sexual tension in a safe environment. They will find a way to do it anyway but who knows how and where.
