CARD is great, but many more people need to get involved. They are very careful about what they say, always taking the positive high road. I cannot believe they he supported the housing plan with all his amendments thsg were shot down, but he voted for it anyways, giving VOICE the mandate of a unanimous vote on the plan.

And in case anyone is watching, the board intends to reopen the commercial mixed use form based code for the pike to mandate affordable housing. In my opinion, the whole pike plan and form based code needs to be blown up as a total failure.[/quote]

CARD would be able to have more teeth if they had the numbers.

Then talk to others.
