"Your" (aka you) seem dumb. Just want to use "your"  vernacular to not offend in this day in age.

The article cited MCPS officials. During Tuesday’s Board of Education meeting, Donald Connelly, the capital budget and projects manager for MCPS, told board members that the number of live births in Montgomery County has been dropping.

Yes it's less live births! Not people fleeing for private schools and other jurisdictions.
