But we hope that's the case, because the majority of us aren't about bashing Kids and heaping negativity on them.

You have no kids there, so what's the unhealthy, ridiculous obsession?

First off,  I would never bash kids. They’re talented – that’s not the issue. And players that leave are flourishing. Facts are facts. The real problem lies in the leadership around them, which is often unqualified and clueless. The point is that kids in this area would have a better shot at success “if” they could get out of this environment. So, what exactly are you defending? Where’s the lie in what’s being said? Call it out if you can.

This academy has become toxic, fueled by jealousy and envy. Instead of nurturing players, it’s actively hindering their futures because of insecurities (they can't and never will be RB or Union). That's the wrong approach. It’s a soap opera with secret meetings of parents going to upper management trying to overthrow the academy leadership, threats, and a culture that does everything but put the kids first. There’s no healthy development here – just drama. This area deserves better for the talent it holds.

It’s not ‘sour grapes’ – it’s about the truth. DCA has become a laughing stock in the county. Everyone sees how poorly it’s run and how much talent gets wasted there. This isn’t just talk; it’s a real problem affecting kids’ futures and potential. And let’s be real – the people posting here are clearly involved. I’d even guess that some work for the organization. Ignoring these issues won’t change the fact that something needs to be done.
