I did the presale yesterday and would suggest not using the same account on 2 different computers. Just use two diff accounts but the same card. There were rumors yesterday that ppl were getting kicked out for having the same account open on more than one browser. I did not and was successful but honestly think it comes down to luck and when you’re let into the ticket sale. Maybe cap one will be diff. [/quote]

NP here and avid Ticketmaster used because I'm obsessed with concerts. You cannot log into multiple devices with the same account: ex you cannot use the app on your phone and also be on your desktop/laptop trying multiple ways in the queue. Their system will immediately identify you as already being logged in and will usually give you a choice of whether you want to stay logged in the first place you were logged in or if you want to log out of the first option and be logged in the second. HOWEVER, during crazy sales it may just kick you out all together. I've BTDT and every single time I get caught trying to log into another way because I was anxious the first log in was too slow to wasn't working.[/quote]
