The SES is 11% black. States with the most federal civilian employees as of June 2018 were California, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland and Texas. That would make sense since the percentage of black people is higher in those states. 79% of federal employees are outside of DC. Anything else needed to spew your resentment?[/quote]
