Dear 2014G Blue families :). It looks like from these past few pages of posts there is a continued and sustained effort to undermine the collective progress the team has made and the individual progress each player has made over the past year.

It's curious why anyone cares enough to relentlessly spend their time digitally attacking this team of 10-11 year olds and hoping they split up.  I hope they find their happiness one day.

This team and only this team decides what it looks like next year.  As with any club, players can pursue national league badges anytime.  If the coaching is the same, this team will continue to be a strong RL team, with a coach focused selflessly on player development that will position players for many opportunities in the future, with postseason opportunities, guest playing opportunities, and yes, coaches with NL relationships.  There could definitely be worse places to be.

To others looking for a 2014 team next year, haters are going to hate on this team now and in the future.  It's become their thing.  It's almost flattering this team is worth so much of their time.[/quote]

The number of so-called adults that have been actively trying to hurt this team for their own purposes for the past two years is really pathetic. I really don't know how you all sleep at night. The job of good coaches is to make sure their players are playing at the right level. [b]If a couple 2014s move up to a higher level so be it.[/b] This is the natural way of things when you go to 11v11. The 2014 RL team will not implode. It will be strong, just like the older teams. The 2013s lost a couple players last year and are just fine. Same for the 2012s. Same for the older teams. [/quote]

If some 2014 players move up fine! But this is being facilitated by the coach quietly and behind the scenes. It’s fine if there is an open process that everyone gets a shot but this is just shady stuff of only certain players getting extra training and being groomed for something that is not even being told to others.

Whoever is spilling the beans about these shenanigans please keep up the good work. We appreciate it even if a couple favored parents come on here to flame you. [/quote]
