My own kids finished competitive swim years ago here in VA, so no worries about crossing paths with the accused (and if guilty, what a scumbag!). But agree: the ASA is not going to go any further than it must to inform parents. These situations unfortunately harm the whole organization and the sport, sadly.[/quote]
