He had a TV show on a major cable news channel. I’d consider that high profile enough to not want to be gossiped about.  The NDA isn’t admitting guilt.  He was already found to have done nothing wrong by the prosecutor of that district, the detectives, and the police. Anyone can accuse anyone of anything.  It’s especially easy for a women to claim consensual sex was non consensual afterward.  But you have to have evidence to back that up and it just wasn’t there [/quote]
