Arlington absolutely turns kids away at tryouts, my kid made it on to the lowest arlington travel by the skin of their teeth —got rejected at first and then a spot opened up, maybe a week later.

In our experience, yes there is definitely a difference. Lots of comments here about how travel below the first two teams is just a money grab. It’s all a money grab to some degree for other reasons, but I have to vehemently disagree. You can see the difference between not only the different travel teams, but the lowest travel teams v ADP v rec.[/quote]
