True for many in some areas.  Fetterman was mayor of an old town that lost jobs, wears hoodie, PA regional accent,  and chased a man running with his shotgun after he thought he heard gunshots.  That guy turned out to be an innocent jogger who happened to be AA.  Fetterman;
