They have different powers of what they are able to vote on and pretty much all of the decisions you are talking about we’re not held to a vote. The board and Duran have specific responsibilities and they can’t just “take a vote” on something that they don’t have power over. Also, there is 0 chance of more days for students for the rest of this year. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Not changing. Move along.[/quote] NP I agree with this. However, it is absolutely within the realm of SB members' responsibility and authority to ask tough questions, guide the Superintendent, and push issues. They haven't done that, either.[/quote]
