Because it's a form of human trafficking done under the radar. She did not go through proper authorities. He is a young child. He has limited communication through sign language.

Shame on you for not caring about the welfare of a brown child with special needs who's whereabouts are unknown. There is no proof he is alive. Out entire country is protesting to make the point that lives of all people of color matter. You need to care. You need to have empathy. This child MATTERS!![/quote]
