The girlfriend was only charged as an accomplice who moved evidence and/or the body. She was never charged with murder. If he’s completely dead or braid dead, there’s no one left to charge with murder or pin her with it. And they still don’t have a body. Somebody correct me but it seems like as such her deal just got sweeter. 3-5 years maybe for being an accomplice and evidence tampering to a crime they can’t argue in court because there’s no murderer or body.
