I think (just my totally unqualified opinion because I didn’t listen to any of it, just watched the video on mute) that Jen has always assumed being the main attraction.  But in this promo, Tyler was definitely the main spokesman (again based on video, not listening). He seemed to do most of the talking, and Jen just kind of did the smile and nod and deer in headlights look like am I even relevant here?  And so desperate for a boyfriend she just let it happen.   She has always in her mind been the big gun with Tyler tagging along.  And when he takes over the conversation she’s torn between I’m JEN HATMAKER  and her desperation of I have a boyfriend.  And he’s black.  Aren’t I cool?  [/quote]
