He was not at home lying in bed. He was doing just fine.[/quote] Flying in a plane and walking around are different than the strength needed to commit this crime. I don't know how old Santa was at the time or how long post op he was but you are still talking about a cardiac patient who had recently had open heart surgery. The police ruled him out for a reason.[/quote]
