He may personally be "clueless." I can't speak to that. However,  a B license is adequate for the level he is coaching and for just about every other team in the league.

There is a coach in the area who claims a higher license but is not a good coach from what I have seen. Youth coaches don't really need a A or pro level license to do their job.[/quote]
