Not the transcript I was looking for but even three out of context quotes show what a reduced quality of cognition he’s working with.

I know you're looking for a transcript, but you can see it here. Just scroll through it. He goes on and on and on and on...about nothing. He doesn't sound Presidential. He sounds like the old man at the end of the bar who won't shut up (but nobody is really listening to). This is a preview of MAGA rallies this summer. Fun times in the heat. Will really inspire voters to the polls.
