Trammell Crow DID have a case elevated to the Supreme Court which then declined to take it up, which benefitted Trammell Crow. And Crow is on boards of multiple right wing think tanks which write amicus briefs in all sorts of cases all the time. Sotomayor disclosed her issue and having been informed, neither party asked her to recuse when provided that opportunity. READ THE DAMN THREAD.[/quote]
