Seeing RWNJ accounts demanding to know if Elon has fired the 'CIA/FBI employees' at Twitter.  There were no "CIA/FBI employees" at Twitter.  They actually BELIEVED Taibbi's hyperbolic headline of "Twitter is an FBI subsidiary"

Had they actually read Taibbi's tweets beyond the salacious soundbite they'd know that this wasn't actually the case.

That hyperbolic headline was some straight-up irresponsible and dishonest "reporting" by Taibbi right there.  That's the same kind of dishonest inciting bullshit like "stop the steal" that got people so riled that they attacked the US Capitol on January 6th.[/quote]

There are a slew of former FBI/CIA employees at Twitter.  There are the people we are talking about......
And, Facebook is even worse.

What went on was that the FBI warned Twitter that Russians and others were looking to peddle disinformation to eff with the election, and Twitter thought the New York Post story violated their TOS because it was based on hacked material.[/quote]

The FBI had the laptop but that was not necessarily the same thing the New York Post had. Remember that the FBI took the laptop from the computer shop guy. He gave a copy of the data to Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani was the target of a Russian espionage operation and hung out with known Russian intelligence agents. Who knows what happened to his copy of the data before it got to the New York Post?

This is a crap response.  Has anything that has been revealed from the laptop been proven false or fake?  
The FBI intentionally misled the Twitter team.  They knew what they were doing.
