You do understand that if this decision is what is ultimately advanced, it does not outlaw abortion, right?
It simply returns the decision to the states. 
Perhaps our laws will become more in line with the majority of advanced countries around the globe.... placing limits on when a woman can get an abortion.

What about birth control?  IUDs?  Are they too abortion-y?  Will they be outlawed?  What about women not being able to leave the state because they might be pregnant and might be going to a blue state to get an abortion, in the opinion of whatever officer is stopping them at the moment?  Will they jail my daughter because they think she's a risk of harm to others - her fetus?  What if she has a miscarriage and can't prove she didn't cause it?

We simulataneously try to inhibit the voting access of poor people and pass laws that are going to make abortion more unobtainable.

You are a fool if  you think this is just "yay, democracy!  Cuz, states rights!" and not a cancer that is going to derail the lives of many women and families.  But I guess you won't appreciate that until you or someone you love experiences the impacts first hand.  [/quote]

I don't trust politicians to understand medical care or science. These are the same groups of people who think plan b is an abortion. In fact, it just prevents fertilization. You know prevents not kills. [/quote]
