Sure, they should have bodily autonomy.  But, this is not about the woman's body.  It is about the body of the baby who isn't given a choice. 
And, if you think women should have bodily autonomy when it comes to abortion, I am certain you believe EVERYONE - men and women - should be given bodily autonomy when it comes to vaccines.  Right?
