It sounds as though it was a group of kids that the Op doesn't know that well. If it is directly in front of Op's house I can see how that would be annoying and probably not something that Op will fondly look back on. But...it is typical kid stuff. We all have that in our neighborhood to some degree. As long as the kids didn't go w-a-y overboard (and it does sound like they were borderline overboard) I would let it go.[/quote]
