I would prioritize looking at north Arlington, but would also consider the closer-in parts of McLean and Bethesda. There is a lot OP seems to want and I'm guessing that figuring out which are most easily ignored, e.g. commute can be 45 minutes some time or house can be $2.5M, will increase the options a fair amount.[/quote]
