Nobody's saying the DH stole the damn ring. He did exactly what it seems like the trust was designed for. But if she sells it, she's on the hook for stealing it, yes. Because it wasn't his to fully give outright. This is such an easy concept, why are people acting like it's so novel?[/quote]
