A family member is a small boutique customer builder in No Va....does 3-4 homes per year and I know for a fact he pulls in $600-700k. Each home is custom with an average construction budget of $1.5m (homeowner provides the lot and pays for site work separately). I know this because we have done a coupe of joint deals to build and sell high end "spec" homes. [/quote]
