ACPS schools do suck, but any "residency cheaters" could/would just use FCPS or APS. ACPS, APS and FCPS all have free, universal full day K. And at least in FCPS, FARMS kids also have free PK4, and sometimes free PK4, through Head Start. Maybe people would take you "serious" if you did a fact check (or grammar check) before spouting off.
