Hillary running as Obama's third term is nuts. She ain't no Obama ............. but then she can't run on her own merits because she is such a crappy candidate.
I wish Obama could run for his third term. And I'm no Obama fan. But he's WAY better than either of these clowns
Obama - whatever his other failings - is basically an honest guy especially for a politician. With Hillary she is as dishonest as they come.
Thats just the perception and feeling. Obama is a blank slate without Bill baggage. He had only a few years in politics before he became president. He didn't have enough time to make BIG promises and not meet it(one can argue he DID PROMISE big and didn't do a tenth of what he promised. He is a better campaigner and a much better communicator OVER ANYONE BUT Bill Clinton. Hillary is a terrible campaigner and a terrible campaigner BUT her strengths are she is better at policy and getting things done once she is elected. And there is no one more qualified in so many decades.
All of her experience and qualifications sure did not result in any significant achievements as SoS. The one assignment she was given as First Lady to spearhead health care reform in the 90s' she royally fucked up ........ and I actually know about this because I then worked in a senior position in the health care system and we knew that with her approach and relying on Magaziner her proposals would never pass. There actually was consensus at the time to pass some form of universal healthcare given the participants in the House and Senate but she did not have the first idea about how to get things done. It was a totally blown opportunity. Her failure played a big role in the losses the Democrats faced in the 1994 mid-term and the rise of Gingrich. Yes, she knows policy but she has appalling judgement whether it was her vote for war against Iraq or her spearheading the move to remove Khaddafi which created another fuck up in Libya not to mention her role with regard to Syria.
