There are lots of other ways you can get a gun - without a background check - than at a gun store. And there are many semi-automatics that can be converted to automatic with a kit sold by the manufacturer.[/quote]

You can purchase cars by owner, and I used to have a car reprogrammed to push out more HP that would fail emissions.  I'd reprogram it back, do the test and program it back for performance.

So, your argument that over regulating it will stop things doesn't work.  People will find ways.[/quote]
