I'm the PP who tried to report something to CPS in Montgomery County.  It was not rape.  I could never let that go.  What I witnessed wasn't good, but it certainly wasn't rape.

As to being afraid of a confrontation -- I wouldn't have confronted him, but if CPS told him about the incident, he would have known it was me.  What I didn't know was whether he knew my name.  [b]I do not want to endanger my own children for some crazy person seeking revenge. [/b]

Seriously! OP gets to post a million different(but the same) reasons he/she did not report the child abuse but I cannot say that is not a good thing?[/quote]
