I suppose one could describe demographic disparities based on racial categories, between nearby districts or zones, as "segregated" zones, but that wouldn't mean anything other than people have decided to live in different zones for any number of reasons. Plus, the word "segregation" would not really be an accurate descriptor for the phenomenon under discussion.[/quote]
