Hooooooleeeeeeeeeshiiiiiiiit that is nasty.  I love how that was clearly weeks and weeks worth of crap and the owner was insistent they don't pick up "every single day."  Lady, you don't pick up ever![/quote]

It was absolutely disgusting. I frequently passed by this area and saw the poop with my own eyes.

I'm pretty sure the owners are lawyers themselves (or at least the "partner" who works 14 hours per day is an attorney). 
That said, there's no libel or slander here if the neighbors are telling the truth. Which they did - there's documented evidence of tons of poop and that happens to violate the DC health code. Where's the damages for the negligent home owners?[/quote]
