By some accounts, they have a team of nannies. I would consider that "over the top" outsourcing.

And to the other PP: I live in Nova, I have frequented this site since 2010, and I also go to Celebitchy. There have been dozens of Kate threads, long before those mouth breathing Kane people found this site. So neither i nor any of the other people who also frequent Celebitchy need to go anywhere. Besides - those commenters are deeply annoying. What a circle backpat. So to speak.[/quote]
