Anyone on this forum who knows anything about Hungary, Russia, or Northern Ireland? In one sense, I think Northern Ireland would be the best fit for me because they speak English, and abortion/gay marriage are totally illegal. However, social Liberalism seems like it's starting to infect Northern Ireland. Hungary and Russia are both anti-gay/abortion. Hungarys stance on illegal immigration is very good. The issue with those 2 is that I'd have to learn a new language.
Whew. Where to start? Abortion is not illegal in Northern Ireland, and there will likely be gay marriage in the nearish future. Gay marriages performed elsewhere are recognized as civil unions in Northern Ireland already. Abortion is illegal in the Republic of Ireland, but they have gay marriage. If you want to move to Russia, more power to you. But the average Russian woman has 6 abortions in her lifetime, and abortion is legal there up to 9 weeks. Also, there is no equivalent to the Hyde Amendment, so abortion is covered by state insurance, so you would be paying for it with your taxes. Hungary has one of the most liberal abortion laws in the world. That may change, but hasn't yet.
