People will say they don't have time to workout and yes there are times when exercise has to take a back seat to other life things, but exercise is a very small part of the fit and attractive equation. Eat foods that promote health, shower, even when you're at home don't constantly wear nasty unflattering clothes, do something with your hair other than yank it back in a scrunchie....a lot of it is basic grooming and sprucing up. This goes for both men and women BTW. I think partners have the responsibility to stay healthy and attractive (as they define it) for it each other. [/quote]
