I dont know about the person you are directing that question to but I am well aware of that particular incident.  As I said, I was strongly connected with the former BOD and the travel committee at that time, as were you.  This is yet another twist on the facts.  The TD was in the process of properly handling the situation with the VP of travel at that time.  Someone, with the prez of the week at that time, created a drama that was very innapropriate.  One question for you, did the team that this coach trained at the time  want him to be dismissed?  But YOU already know THAT.  The TD and TC was in the process of collecting facts and taking care of the situation. One would think that the board would have learned proper process of such problems.  But, it seems that the BOD handle things as a small few see fit. [/quote]
