You can't recover and build muscle on 500 calories. [/quote] You're absolutely correct. I only fast once per week on the weeks when I do a rest week (every 6-8 weeks or so). I used to fast weekly, but my workouts have simply become too intense to sustain the fasting. I still very much believe in it, however. I tried incorporating frequent fasting into my regimen of heavy lifting last year...and let's just say it was a failed experiment (to say the least). [/quote]
