I do understand about what PPs are saying about retirement... And I'm going to reinterate that the fact that this has been delayed puts us more or less ahead of the game. It may delay retirement one or two years, not 7. Had this happened earlier, it would have set us significantly back. So financially, our situation is a little unique. As far as taking my child to middle school activities and being retired or near retirement.. Well, wouldn't it be nice to be a SAHM without the same pressures? [/quote]
