Don't deprive yourself for the sake of others, that's the only thing. We live in the house we want, drive the cars we want, wear the clothes we want, and eat the food we want. The adult offspring of a friend went and spent $500/head for some private multi-course dinner event hosted by a famous chef. He makes almost no money, he spent the money on himself and his girlfriend because YOLO. That's a poor decision. But if we wanted to go and try something like that, I wouldn't think twice about what others thought about it. [/quote]
