I've tried.  I keep hoping when the kids are older it will get better again.  I read posts like yours and they make me feel lonely.  But it makes me hopeful for my children that maybe they will find a better relationship.[/quote]

I'm sorry you feel lonely. You don't have to. Be persistent with him, or if you already have, move on. Don't just ride it out and hope for years and years. Show your kids what happiness and taking care of oneself looks like. [/quote]
