Sticking that high percentage of high needs kids in any school, even if it's smaller in size, will always result in low performing schools. The 3 New school board members will make no difference on this front. [/quote] Couldn't agree more, that's why I support busing. Culmore has 4 big apt complexes. Split em up between 4 wealthy elementary schools in other parts of the county.
