Given the high ESOL population, the only way to fix the problem is enforcing the housing code or gentrification of the area.  Sticking that high percentage of high needs kids in any school, even if it's smaller in size, will always result in low performing schools.  The 3 New school board members will make no difference on this front.  [/quote]

Couldn't agree more, that's why I support busing.
