you lost me there.  if you're going to require that much gear I fail to see the cost savings unless you provide it gratis.  they might as well wear their own choice of clothes at that point.  That attire sounds more suited to private school where cost is no issue.[/quote]

Those are options for each grade level...and it was voted on by the parents who wanted the variety.  It has worked out quite well and with the local Safeway selling clothing too, the options are abundant at this school with no cost.[/quote]

Speaking of Safeway, in Georgetown when you see kids stealing stuff in the Safeway, with the uniforms you can identify them as Hardy students.[/quote]
