I told her all of this and she continued texting me for 20 minutes telling me she would contact the homeowners association on Monday and also reminding us "no dogs are allowed inside the house".

I don't think it's okay for her to be texting us after 11pm at night. I find it highly unprofessional on her part to even be texting us, let alone texting us after 11pm at night. My roommate is equally annoyed and wants to send her an email saying that any issues going forward need to be sent to us via email and to please not call/text us after 9pm which I feel is reasonable.

Why the hell are you answering her back?  CALL her in the morning, tell her about the dog visiting and then drop it.  [/quote]
