Not so fast.  This is what the campaign had to say:

The source who claimed to receive said photo from the Clinton campaign was the Drudge Report.  Oddly, he did not name the staffer involved.  Wonder why.

The very article you linked has the headline: [i]"Clinton aides claim Obama photo wasn't intended as a smear"[/i] which pretty much implies someone in the campaign was involved in the smear.

There are other references in the linked article that pretty much say the same thing. For example:

It would be a stretch based on these comments to say they did not have a role in this and that it was something the Drudge Report drummed up.

What are the odds the MSM would actually ask HRC as to the role of her campaign in starting this whole dismal and disgusting smear even as she pontificates about Trump letting the comment slide?[/quote]
