You should call the FBI and tell them that they are mistaken.  Because at least in 2011, according to the FBI's National Gang threat assessment (emerging trends), the following gangs were active in DC:
18th street 
Bloods 
Crips
latin Kings 
ms-13

P.S. While you are talking to them you should also explain that you are SOOOOOOOOO knowledgable that you know the super secret and heretofore unknown spelling of "Crypts".
